Rate and Review Town Center Eye Care

This is located at Town Center Mall next to Lens-crafters. I waited 10 minutes before a teenage girl handed me a sheet of paper to fill out. NO please; NO Thank You. After waiting 45 minutes another young lady took me to the back for a pre screen exam. She barked out orders and told me to return to the waiting area. Another 20 minutes went by and I finally met with Dr. She was professional but lacked a bedside manner; very robotic. I was fitted for contact lenses and gave a script for glasses. The next month and a half was a series of changing my prescription 3 times before finally getting it right. The service is slow, the front staff is arrogant and lack basic customer service skills. I would not recommend this practice to anyone. It's a fast food Optometry office; except the quality is substandard and the customer service is non existent.
